What to expect:
LUCKY YOU! You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade piece. Handmade pieces may have speckles, marks, different variations of glaze and these variances are a normal part of pottery. I do take great care to make sure that any of these to not detract from the beauty or functionality of the piece. *Please note that items might look slightly different from the photo due to variances in computer screen settings.*
How do I return an item?
All sales are final. As a small production, I am unable to accommodate returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent. I am very happy to help with any questions you may have before purchase. Each product has measurements listed.
How do I report a damaged item?
Damaged goods must be reported to Swoon within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund to be issued. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging is required to be sent to Swoon Pottery at swoonpottery@gmail.com
Damages outside of the 2 day window will not be refunded.
How often do you update your shop?
As the sole maker at Swoon, I work hard to continuously keep up with new products and regular shop restocking. I tend to update my shop every few months. I am not taking commissions at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready to ship items:
I ship out packages every Friday after an order is received. You can expect your order within 3-5 business days once shipped. Swoon only ships to the U.S. Please check your email for a tracking number. If you place more than one order I will consolidate the items and refund the difference in shipping if there is one.
How do I care for my Swoon items?
All pieces are food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise stated. Hand washing is recommended. To ensure the protection of your furniture, place a coaster under any standing vessel containing water i.e. vase.
